N.Y.C. Sounds Production, Inc. will supply all necessary professional sound equipment for the above-mentioned date. We will also supply all necessary records and Announcements. Please note: client will be responsible to provide a sturdy 5-foot table for the disc jockey one hour prior to the start of the event. Also, the client is responsible for any damage to sound equipment, and/or records, due to mishandling by anyone not authorized by N.Y.C. Sds. Prod., Inc. N.Y.C. Sds. Prod., Inc. accepts n o liability for damages or injuries however so cause. N.Y.C. Sds. Prod., Inc. reserves the right to substitute Dee Jays as necessary.

Note: Deposit is non-refundable. A minimum deposit of $75.00 is required upon signing of agreement. The blance is due one week prior to the date of function. ALL PAYMENTS TO BE MADE IN CASH, MONEY ORDER,OR CERTIFIED CHECK. There will be a $55.00 overtime charge per hour, excluding holidays. Holidays are $75.00 per hour.
